We congratulate fashion maestro Michael Kors who celebrates 30 years in the business this season. If you haven’t scored a seat for his Fall 2011 Collection show on Wednesday, February 16 at the Theater at Lincoln Center, you can watch it live online here. Or you can visit his two brand new flagship stores–one at 790 Madison Avenue at 67th Street, the other at 279 rue Saint Honoré, Paris–both of which open in early March.
In the meantime, here are some shots of the chic and spacious penthouse our own Glenn Gissler designed for Michael Kors in Greenwich Village. The materials are simple–wool sisal, white canvas, white cotton, dark wood, chrome, black leather, and a little bit of fur–yet combined they create a quiet and crisp apartment with an understated glamor.
